Chest, Shoulders & Triceps Workout

If you want to sport a sexy bikini or a cute top in the summer, you should be strength training your upper body. This chest, shoulders and triceps workout will help sculpt sexy, lean muscles to get an insanely strong and gorgeous upper half! For faster results, repeat this routine once or twice per week on nonconsecutive days, and don’t forget to balance it with workouts that target your core and lower body.

Exercises: chest press punch up, standing y raise, tricep dips, dumbbell pullover, arnold shoulder press, staggered arm knee push up, dumbbell overhead rainbow, bent over row press
