But those treats can often pack some serious calories and lots of unhealthy ingredients, that’s why it’s always good to have a few healthy alternatives in your freezer just in case there’s a record-breaking heat wave … These yogurt peach pops are refreshing, healthy and each pop only has 100 calories. They’re the perfect go-to snack for cooling off on a hot day.
Yogurt Peach Pops Recipe

Ingredients
+ 1 cup (240g) Greek yogurt
+ 2 medium size diced peaches
+ 2 tbsp raw honey
+ 2 tbsp almond flour
+ 1 tbsp finely chopped almonds
+ 2 medium size diced peaches

+ 2 tbsp almond flour
+ 1 tbsp finely chopped almonds
Directions
Place the yogurt, diced peaches, honey and almond flour in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the finely chopped almonds to the bottom of each popsicle mold and then use a spoon to transfer the yogurt blend. Insert a popsicle stick into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
