Strawberry & Pineapple Fresh Summer Smoothie Recipe
Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 0 min | Serves: 2
+ 1 1/2 cups pineapple, sliced in cubes
+ 1 ripe banana
+ 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (homemade recipe here)
+ 1/2 cup coconut water
+ 1 cup frozen strawberries
+ toasted coconut chips, to serve
Place the pineapple, banana, yogurt, and coconut water in a blender and blend well until smooth. Pour the pineapple mixture into 2 glasses filling about 2/3 full. Pulse the strawberries in a food processor until well pureed. Fill the glasses with the strawberry puree and swirl lightly with a butter knife. Garnish with coconut chips and serve. Enjoy!
