They’re delicious, easy to make, light and rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and vitamins E and B. Each puffed rice and tahini bite has 46 calories, which is half the amount of energy you’ll find in a classic peanut butter power ball, and approximately 3 gr of fat, 5 gr of carbs and 1 gr of protein. Pair these chocolaty snacks with a cup of green tea and you’ll be good for at least 2 more hours of desk work!
