Tropical smoothies do not only taste great, but they also have amazing health benefits and should be considered an essential part of a healthy diet, especially during the warmer spring and summer months. This passion fruit, mango & pineapple tropical smoothie is packed with vitamin C and helps keep your skin tight, glowy, and protected from the sun.
Vitamin C boosts your skin’s collagen production and has antioxidant properties that help fight free radicals and damage caused by UV radiation. The result is firmer, plumper, and younger-looking skin!
