+ 1/2 cup plain yogurt or kefir (DIY recipe here)
+ 2 tbsp fresh or frozen berries
+ 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and diced
+ ground seeds, to sprinkle on top
Grind the seeds, chop the nuts and prepare the kiwi by cutting it into small bite pieces. Layer the nuts, yogurt, berries, a second layer of yogurt, and diced kiwi in small glasses or mason jars. Sprinkle the ground seeds on top of the kiwi layer. Serve immediately and enjoy!
