When we’re trying to lose weight, bread is what we all miss the most. Fortunately, there’s plenty of recipes that can fit even the most rigorous of regimens. This gluten-free bread is high in protein, which favors fat loss, and is extremely rich in omega-3 fatty acids, that as we all know are incredibly important for our body and brain.
The Meditteranean-style flavor of this bread makes it perfect for sandwiches, egg and spinach toasts or to make healthier breadcrumbs or croutons for your soups and salads. And because it doesn’t have gluten, you don’t need to wait for it to rise, just mix all the ingredients and place in the oven!
