You only need 3 ingredients to make healthy chocolate at home; raw cacao, a superfood that’s incredibly rich in magnesium, powerful flavonoids and serotonin; a natural sweetener such as honey, maple or date syrup; and a healthy fat like nut or seed butter, coconut or olive oil. Healthy Homemade Chocolate-Dipped Berries Recipe

Prep Time: 5 min  |  Cook Time: 0 min  |  Serves: 1

Ingredients

+ 1 tsp raw cacao powder
+ 2 tsp honey
+ 1 tsp peanut butter
+ 1 tsp coconut oil
+ 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
+ 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

Mix the raw cacao powder with honey, peanut butter, and coconut oil. If necessary, heat the chocolate mixture over low heat until it melts completely. Remove the berries from the freezer and dip the raspberries one by one on the chocolate blend. Drizzle the remaining chocolate on top of the frozen blueberries and enjoy!
