Creamy Kefir Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
+ 1/2 cup (120gr) whole milk kefir
+ 1 tbsp olive oil
+ 1 garlic clove, crushed
+ 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
+ 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
+ 1/2 small cucumber, peeled and seeded
+ 1 tbsp lemon juice
+ 1/4 tsp sea salt
+ 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
+ 1 tbsp olive oil
+ 1 garlic clove, crushed
+ 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
+ 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
+ 1/2 small cucumber, peeled and seeded
+ 1 tbsp lemon juice
+ 1/4 tsp sea salt
+ 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
Finely chop the cucumber, cilantro and mint leaves. Combine all the ingredients in a medium-size bowl and serve with veggies as a dip or use as a salad dressing. Enjoy!
