These three cold-brewed summer tea recipes are extremely refreshing and perfect for helping you stay hydrated during the hot summer months.
You can use the cold-brewed method described below to prepare them or, if you prefer, you can simply pour hot water over the tea leaves and spices, and let infuse for about 5 to 10 minutes. Once infused, transfer them into the fridge to cool, then add the fruits, fruit juices, and remaining ingredients before serving.

Cold-Brewed Summer Tea Recipes: Lemon-Ginger, Fruity & Thai
+ 2 tbsp green tea leaves
+ zest of 1 lemon
+ 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
+ 4 cups filtered water
+ 1 tbsp honey (optional)
+ lemon slices, to garnish
+ mint leaves, to garnish
+ 2 cups ice, for serving
+ 2 tbsp black tea leaves
+ 4 cups filtered water
+ 1/4 cup summer fruits (watermelon, peach, strawberries …), cut into cubes
+ 2 tbsp lemon juice
+ 1 tbsp honey (optional)
+ mint leaves, to garnish
+ 2 cups ice, for serving
+ 1 tbsp black tea leaves
+ 1 piece star anise
+ 2 pods cardamom
+ 1 cinnamon stick
+ 1/2 vanilla bean (seeds and pulp only)
+ 1 cup filtered water
+ 1 cup coconut milk
+ 2 tbsp honey (optional)
+ mint leaves, to garnish
+ 1 cup ice, for serving
1. Combine tea leaves, spices, lemon zest, and water in a pitcher and let the tea and spices infuse the water for 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Strain, then add honey, coconut milk, and lemon juice, according to the recipe.
3. Prepare serving glasses with ice, fill with tea, then top with mint leaves, fruit, and lemon slices.
4. Stir gently and enjoy!
