Chocolate-Hazelnut & Peanut Butter Clusters Recipe
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 0 min | Yields: 12 clusters
+ 1/4 cup peanut butter
+ 1/4 cup homemade chocolate hazelnut spread
+ 1 cup puffed oats
+ 1 cup corn flakes
+ pinch of fine grain sea salt
Pour the peanut butter and the chocolate hazelnut spread in a double boiler, and stir until they are warm and fully combined. Remove from heat, and add the puffed oats and the corn flakes. Gently stir, fully coating the cereals with the chocolate-peanut mixture.
Take a handful of the mixture out of the bowl and place it on a cookie sheet, creating clusters. Sprinkle each cluster with a bit of sea salt and place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator. Cool the clusters for about 2 hours and enjoy with warm milk or yogurt!
