Chimichurri Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
+ 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
+ 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
+ 1/4 cup minced fresh oregano
+ 1 small onion or shallot, finely chopped
+ 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
+ 8 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
+ 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
+ 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
+ 1/2 tsp sea salt
+ 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
+ 1/4 cup minced fresh oregano
+ 1 small onion or shallot, finely chopped
+ 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
+ 8 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
+ 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
+ 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
+ 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a medium size bowl and serve it immediately or store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to one week. If you prefer you can also combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you have a smooth sauce. Enjoy!
