+ 1 egg
+ 1/2 cup oat flour
+ 2/3 cup natural Greek yogurt
+ 1 banana
+ 1/2 cup blueberries
+ 1/4 tsp baking soda
+ 1 tsp raw honey to serve or 1 tsp of our delicious chocolate hazelnut spread
Beat the egg, oatmeal flour, yogurt, 1/2 banana, and the baking soda in a medium bowl until blended. Lightly coat a nonstick skillet with coconut oil and heat over medium-low heat. Pour in 1/4 of the batter, add a few blueberries and cook the first side until bubbles start to appear over the top of the pancake.
