Berry & Quinoa Breakfast Power Bowl Recipe
Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 15 min | Serves: 1
+ 1/4 cup quinoa
+ 1/2 cup water
+ 2 tbsp yogurt or kefir (DIY recipe here)
+ 1tsp honey
+ pinch of cinnamon
+ sliced almonds
Rinse the quinoa under cold running water. Tip into a pan and add water. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed.
Remove from heat, let cool, then add honey, cinnamon, and yogurt. Mix well and pour into a serving bowl. Serve immediately, topped with blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, cranberries, and almonds. Enjoy!
