Adobo Shrimp Bowls With Cilantro Lime Dressing Recipe

Cilantro lime dressing
+ juice of 1 lime
+ 1 tsp honey
+ 1/4 cup olive oil
+ 1 garlic clove
+ 1 cup fresh cilantro
+ sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Adobo shrimp bowls
+ 1 recipe adobo style shrimps
+ 1 ripe avocado, halved, seeded & peeled
+ 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
+ 1 cup rice, cooked (learn here how to soak and cook whole grains)
+ 1 cup black beans, cooked (learn here how to soak and cook beans and legumes)
+ 2 sweet corn cobs
+ lime wedges, for serving
To make the cilantro lime dressing: Whisk lime juice, honey, and olive oil in a small bowl, then whisk in garlic and cilantro. Season with sea salt and black pepper, to taste.
Divide rice and beans between 4 bowls and top with shrimp and remaining Adobo Shrimp Bowls ingredients. Drizzle cilantro dressing on top and serve. Enjoy!
