12-Minute Full Body Conditioning Workout

Instructions: do each exercise at a high intensity for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. Repeat this circuit 3 times.
Duration: 12 minutes
Exercises: alternating lunge front raise, v sit curl press, glute bridge overhead reach, alternating plank row leg raise
Equipment: dumbbells
