Stress is a normal part of life, we can’t escape it but we should never allow it to control us. That’s why it’s so important that we implement stress releasing techniques throughout the day. If we don’t, stress can start to affect our health, our thoughts and feelings, and even our behavior. The motivation and the drive that we all need, to accomplish our goals and follow our dreams, can be easily erased by stress.

To prevent that from happening and to gain back control of your life, try to add this simple relaxation technique, that we like to call the “Bubble Bath Meditation”, to your weekly schedule. Prepare a warm bath, add lavender scented bubbles to the water and start our bubble bath meditation playlist.

The warmth of the water, the scent of the lavender and the relaxing music puts you in the right frame of mind where it’s easier to get rid of all thoughts and focus on your breathing. Let go of your ego and simply be in the moment where body and mind are truly connected. Meditate for as long as you can and allow your body to heal, recover and clear your mind of all emotional pollution.
