THE WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
12-week slimdown program
For week 1 of the weight loss challenge we want you to take our fitness test, weigh yourself and measure each body part. Next, calculate your ideal body weight, waist to hip ratio, body mass index, body fat percentage and write everything down. This week we also want you to learn what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks and read our slimdown guidelines, to start preparing for the weeks ahead!
