Lion Pose Instructions
1. Kneel on the floor, bring your feet together and open the knees.
2. Place your hands on the floor between the knees, point your fingers back and extend your neck.
3. Stay in lion pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Mindfulness Practice
Relax and inhale deeply as you press your hands against the floor. Lengthen the chest and neck, and roar like a lion as you exhale.

Preparatory, Complementary and Follow-Up Poses
