EASY POSE WITH EAR TO SHOULDER STRETCH INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sit on the floor with your legs crossed and lengthen the spine.
2. Interlace your hands behind your back and bring them toward your right hip.
3. As you exhale gently drop your right ear toward your right shoulder.
4. Stay in easy pose with ear to shoulder stretch for 30 seconds, switch sides and repeat.
MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
Relax your feet, thighs and balance your weight evenly across your sit bones. Lengthen the spine and align it with your head and neck. Soften the neck and gently drop your ear toward the shoulder without forcing anything.
