Crocodile Pose Instructions
1. Lie on your belly, with your legs extended back.
2. Cross the arms under your head and rest your forehead on the wrists.
3. Stay in crocodile pose for 1 to 2 minutes.
Mindfulness Practice
Breathe deeply and with each exhalation allow your body to melt into the floor. Close your eyes, relax and let the legs fall open.
